Due to rapid growth and expansion we have an exciting opportunity for a PR & Influencer Assistant to join our PR & Influencer team working across our Influencer marketing initiatives globally . Responsibilities:

• Actioning new and existing PR orders through our internal influencer platform and warehouse inventory system
• Allocating inventory into our internal system
• Reviewing high stock reports with the team to organise influencer collections
• Keeping all influencer collections up to date
• Assisting the team with the curation and allocation of special PR box initiatives
• Daily upkeep of Google sheets used by the team
• Assisting with keeping the White Fox AUS Showroom up to date
• Communicating with the PR despatch team to ensure PR orders are actioned as per our deadlines
• Actively prospecting influencers across Instagram, YouTube and Tik Tok for gifted collaborations as per the teams goals
• Responding to PR emails in a timely manner
• Updating influencer content into relevant folders for creative use
• Assisting the Event team with any inventory needed for activations
• Assisting the PR team with creative concepts for upcoming PR initiatives

Requirements

• Have a strong desire to develop their PR skill set
• Have an understanding of the meaning behind influencer marketing and PR
• Have an understanding of White Fox’s branding and what constitutes GOOD content
• Ability to work quickly and follow processes
• Extremely organised and able to work with deadlines
• Great attention to detail
• A can-do and will do anything to get the job done attitude
• Proactive and confident nature
• Impeccable written and verbal communication
• Impeccable interpersonal skills and ability to build meaningful relationships
• Has the ability to work under pressure
• Work well in a rapidly changing and fast moving environment
• Works well with a team, while also having the ability to work autonomously
