Position Overview
Neuvera Brain Health Institute is seeking a hands-on, highly organized, and proactive Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our outpatient clinic in Palo Alto. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable independently managing clinic workflows in a fast-paced healthcare environment and who takes pride in creating an efficient, professional, and patient-centered practice.
The Practice Manager will be responsible for clinic operations, patient scheduling, front desk coordination, administrative workflows, and communication across patients, providers, and staff. This individual will play a key role in supporting a smooth clinic experience while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow execution.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations and administrative workflows
- Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and front desk coordination
- Support patient intake, insurance verification, and billing-related workflows
- Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and clinic staff
- Support clinic staff scheduling, onboarding, and operational coordination
- Maintain accurate records and support EMR workflows
- Manage office vendors, supplies, and facility-related needs
- Identify opportunities to improve clinic workflows and operational efficiency
- Ensure a positive, professional, and high-quality patient experience
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing daily operations in an outpatient medical clinic or private practice setting
- Strong experience with patient scheduling, front desk operations, and administrative coordination
- Ability to independently manage clinic workflows in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with insurance coordination and medical office operations
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems and general administrative software
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in neurology, psychiatry, brain health, or other outpatient specialty clinics

Compensation
- Expected base salary range: $90,000 – $115,000 annually.
- Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
