Subject Matter Expert in Customer Success Org: Expertise in contracting domain for different Tech vertical. Senior level advisor from Customer Success team on how ICM could be used within Tech companies. Assists the project/program manager in providing leadership and achieving buy in for that function; Product Expert: Deep expertise in the product to be able to demonstrate the solution to meet the customer requirements in form of product demos; Presenter par excellence: for Icertis products feature demonstrations and customer presentations; Technical storyteller: Analyzer of business problem and then communicate the process mapping in Icertis system in a simple and compelling way; Active Networker: ability to drive customer relationship with Icertis. Customer success leading collaborating with other departments to advance sales, service and customer satisfaction within Icertis Tech customers. Coordinate with Tech SMEs from other departments; Ensure performance of their function improved and cross-functional integration is working and effective, ensure appropriate requirements for the deliverable are communicated and understood; Participate in program risk and issue management with project/program manager, where required; Advocate best practices for implementing Icertis proprietary product to Professional Services and to Customer Advocacy in applicable contract renewal terms; Provide feature consultations internally and externally to customer teams, evaluate and assess overall effectiveness and quality of deliverable; Training and mentoring staff on how Tech clients uses Icertis proprietary product, train on relevant customer case studies and how to solve escalated Tech issues; Manage resource availability, communicate changes to their resources availability to the project/program manager; Provide technical feedback to team member performances. Telecommuting is available. 

Requirements

  • Employer will accept a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of related experience.
  • Position also requires 3 years of experience in technical support capacity for products or enterprise solutions;
  • 3 years of Prior software development experience with Microsoft Technologies like .NET Framework, SQL Server, etc. (Creating and designing databases, Data mapping, Store proc, Indexes, triggers, cursor etc.);
  • 2 years of experience in the following: using, implementing, and supporting the contracting process within Tech companies; Pre-sales, implementation, support or product management roles at other contract software vendors or consulting firms; Microsoft Azure Cloud; and Interfacing between various ERP products like SAP, SFDC, and CRM;
  • Requires 1 year of experience using #C, MS SQL Server (Creating, designing database, Data mapping, Store proc, Indexes, triggers, cursor, etc.).
