Principal Technical Product Manager

TLDR

Technical product leader driving enterprise digital strategy across regulated healthcare platforms, shaping vision and roadmaps across web, mobile, and API ecosystems.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap for enterprise digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and patient outcomes.
  • Own prioritization and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact product capabilities.
  • Establish and track clear success metrics tied to business value, operational efficiency, and user experience improvements.
  • Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable, secure, and interoperable system solutions.
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities to enhance automation, personalization, and data-driven decision-making across products.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Continuously improve product performance through data insights, experimentation, and optimization initiatives.
  • Requirements

    • 12+ years of experience in technical product management, delivering large-scale, complex digital platforms in regulated or enterprise environments.
    • Strong expertise in APIs, system integrations, cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), and modern software architecture.
    • Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy in highly regulated environments with compliance and quality considerations.
    • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
    • Deep understanding of AI applications in product development, including automation, analytics, and decision intelligence.
    • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared outcomes.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
