Principal Technical Product Manager

- Define and lead the long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap for enterprise digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and patient outcomes.
- Own prioritization and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact product capabilities.
- Establish and track clear success metrics tied to business value, operational efficiency, and user experience improvements.
- Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable, secure, and interoperable system solutions.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities to enhance automation, personalization, and data-driven decision-making across products.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution.
- Continuously improve product performance through data insights, experimentation, and optimization initiatives.
- 12+ years of experience in technical product management, delivering large-scale, complex digital platforms in regulated or enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in APIs, system integrations, cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), and modern software architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy in highly regulated environments with compliance and quality considerations.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of AI applications in product development, including automation, analytics, and decision intelligence.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
