Product Manager
Bolt is hiring Product Manager. In this role, you'll be owning products that are core to our business and managing new initiatives across checkout, payments and fraud. As a Product Manager, you'll work with internal and external stakeholders to define, prioritize and solve customer and merchant needs that are core to the Bolt experience.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated to work in a start up environment. Bonus points if you have a deep understanding of payments ecosystems as it would relate to both Bolt and our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Tackle challenging technical problems and build strong relationships with engineering, marketing and design
- Prioritize the product execution based on overall company goals and KPI's
- Own the entire flow of the product development process from ideation to design to launch
- Develop strong relationships with financial partners to create new capabilities and offerings
- Own compliance processes around e-commerce, payments and user privacy
- Identify new and upcoming payment tech features, evaluate them and see if they are a good fit for Bolt's product offering
- Write product specs, release notes and documentation
Requirements:
- At least 3-6 years of experience in a growing team
- Proven track record of developing core features for a publicly facing product
- Experience working cross-team with a proven ability to wear multiple hats
- Desire to work for a start-up
