About the role
99Pay product team is looking for a Product Manager to define and drive new product initiatives focusing on improving and innovating the payments experience in our ecosystem. In this role, you will ideate, draft and shape new payment features and closely collaborate with Ops, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, and many other cross-functional teams
Your main responsibilities
- Support PMs in the specification and alignment of new features
- Market research and benchmarks to identify opportunities and implement new features
- Monitoring the roadmap of new features
- Identification of improvements together with the CX team for the features already implemented
- Engage with stakeholders (operation, engineering, marketing, finance, legal, etc.) to identify issues and opportunities and formulate plans to address them
- Maintain an awareness of business strategy with a focus on Brazil
Requirements
- +5 years of product management experience
- Strong technical background
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in Fintech companies preferred
