Purpose
Responsible for identifying the consumer needs, building a close relationship to create the best user experience. The Product Manager creates the ideas that define the success of the product. It is also responsible for maintaining, optimizing, improving user acquisition for Placeit, owning the quality of those flows for further improvements.

What would I work on specifically?

- Understanding and analyzing existing acquisition channels to improve, optimize, and run experiments with the goal of decreasing bounce rates and increasing user acquisition within our platform. Discovering and defining areas of opportunity to maximize conversion rates and retention.
- Validating the commercial value proposition of your initiatives by being data-driven oriented  and collaborating/coordinating with Analytics teams to measure
- Setting up and running multiple experiments in an agile fast-paced environment to monitor outcomes with the intent of improving conversion rates and retention among visitors. Either through A/B testing, user research, surveys, and/or screen recording analysis
- Be able to work and communicate with other stakeholders in a multi-disciplinary manner to coordinate, gather input and requirements for proper product definitions
- Be able to measure the outcome of any initiatives by following up on established success metrics and reporting any findings to other stakeholders
- Be the final line in terms of quality assurance for new feature releases which means a strong sense for understanding of user flows QA

Required Technical Skills/Experience

- At least 3+ years of professional product management experience within a multi-disciplinary team or multinational environment.
- Experience with E-commerce, B2C industries, customer-facing products, user acquisition conversion channels and optimizations.
- Data driven: Tableau, google analytics, firebase
- Comprehensive understanding of information architecture, user flows, and user journeys
- Experience with platform tools for User Testing, Surveys, Interviews, Screen Recording, Heat Maps, Analytics, and Project management
- Solid technical knowledge and collaboration with Engineering individuals or teams
- Having a design background or knowledge to be able to work with the UX/UI team
- Be very strong in the product design process from start to finish by clearly defining your problem, validating if it is a problem, building solutions, testing through experimentation, executing your findings, and iterating
- Excellent English and Spanish in both written and verbal communication
