Product Manager, Growth
ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Product Team builds the strategy and technology helping tens of thousands of people do the best work of their career. Through our platform, our members learn from industry experts, connect with peers and mentors, and get tangible resources to help them navigate the messy middle of their careers. We also build the growth engine that helps more people discover, engage, and retain on the platform.
As a Product Manager on the Growth Team, you’ll help us define the next phase of Growth at Reforge. You’ll help us scale up established growth loops and prove out new ones to help more people discover and find value in our membership product. This is a fast-paced team where you will unlock the ability for Reforge to rapidly scale and grow, with the support of an executive team, network of growth experts, and vibrant community of members.
You'll be joining as part of the foundational team of a profitable proven startup. We bootstrapped to high seven-figure revenue, led by experienced entrepreneurs, and recently we raised a $60M round from Insight Partners. In addition, you will integrate into our community of subject matter experts, including the leaders who helped build companies like Slack, Pinterest, CreditKarma, ClassPass, ipsy, Eventbrite, SurveyMonkey, Thumbtack, and more.
ABOUT REFORGE

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You’ll collaborate closely with leaders within Reforge with track records at companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, Credit Karma, Asana, Yelp, etc:
- Product Lead for Growth Team – You’ll report to and work closely with Ginny Mineo, who formerly worked at Grammarly and Wonderschool driving growth.
- Cross-Functional Growth Product Team – You'll work closely with a cross-functional team of talented designers, product managers, engineers, marketers, program operations specialists, and data analysts to drive membership growth.
- Leadership and Exec Team - You will be a thought partner with Helen Sims, Head of Product, Matt Greenberg, CTO, Kevin Weiss, Chief of Staff, and Brian Balfour, CEO & Founder.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Build roadmaps and run experiments in the product to drive top-of-funnel growth, in partnership with marketing, engineering, design, and data teams
- Partner with Marketing to identify gaps in their tooling to be completely self-serve
- Launch experimentation platform for product & marketing teams
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years experience in a product or product-related role, such as product analytics, data science or product design
- Proven experience using data to build reporting, hypotheses, testing plans, and roadmaps
- Proven experience working in tools across the growth stack: marketing (ex: Iterable, Segment, Squarespace/other CMS), experimentation (ex: Optimizely, VWO), analytics (Segment, Amplitude, other BI tools)
Nice to Have
- Experience running and measuring A/B tests in mature experimentation org
- Direct experience with SQL
- Reforge alum and/or familiar with our platform
