Product Manager – Intern (Summer 2022)

We are looking for Product Management interns to join our summer 2022 internship program. As a Product Manager Intern, you will enable enhancements to our PaaS and SaaS products by authoring specifications, performing performance tests, testing new features, and engaging actively in problem solving sessions to drive improvements to our products. Product managers serve as the primary focal point during the design, development, and implementation of all C3 AI products. You will collaborate with the team and do meaningful work, while also growing your expertise in product management. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and write product specifications for modules or product features.
• Guide and support engineering during development processes.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the full suite and SaaS Applications and represent the capabilities of these applications to our PaaS customers.
• Enable enhancements to our PaaS and SaaS products by authoring specifications, performing performance test, testing new features, and engaging actively in problem solving sessions to drive improvements to our products.
• Ensure applications developed by our PaaS customers meet or exceed internal C3 AI standards for industry leading big data, predictive analytics, and IoT software as a service (SaaS) applications.
• Support Product Marketing efforts: develop competitive analysis, update product data sheets and website content, product marketing campaigns and collateral to support C3 AI Sales organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or similar field) required, pursuing MS or MBA degrees.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to juggle projects simultaneously, working both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Experience with prototyping software like Balsamiq or Sketch is a plus.
