As a Product Manager at Envato, you’ll help define what the future looks like for the product you’re working on. Product Managers are embedded in a cross functional delivery team and work closely with stakeholders in analytics, engineering, marketing, customer success, research, user experience and design to get stuff done. Product Managers work closely with their team to identify, prioritise and champion initiatives that provide both customer and business value. They also work closely with senior product leaders to set the longer term strategic direction for the product. 

This Product Manager role will be working on our two sided marketplace called "Envato Market". It’s a collection of seven different but connected websites that allow “Authors” (what we call creators at Envato) to sell a wide range of themes, code, video, audio, graphics and more - our two largest marketplaces are ThemeForest and CodeCanyon.  You will be part of the "Optimise"team whose goal is to improve conversion on ThemeForest and CodeCanyon by improving the user experience! 

This is a huge opportunity to be part of the reinvestment and transformation of the Envato Market product which has huge support and investment from the business as well as being part of the larger product team which s rapidly growing.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the team and stakeholders to define, prioritise and develop products/features that’ll deliver customer and business value 
  • Ensure your team is aligned, and understand how they are contributing to the bigger picture including company goals
  • Measure and communicate results of initiatives, while participating as an active member of the
  • Product function

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience developing technology products in best practice web/technology companies
  • Familiar with UX best practices and a track record of great partnership with the designers and developers on the team
  • Very familiar with Agile, comfortable in cross functional teams (who would speak highly of working with you and the directions and drive you showed on their teams)
  • Exceptional strength in analytics & strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in growing digital products, requiring agile planning and rapid prioritisation of the product development roadmap and enhancements
  • Strong commercial orientation enabling you to make solid 80:20 trade offs with long term impacts to the P&L in mind
  • Excellent planning skills and experience, naturally capable of seeing dependencies and driving others to deliver, while maintaining great relationships - a diplomat yet a driver of outcomes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skillsAligned values with that of Envato
