Product Manager / Salesforce (M/F)

Drive Salesforce initiatives from strategy to delivery, facilitate workshops, manage backlogs, and lead Agile projects across complex transformations.

The Salesforce Product Manager role combines strategic vision, business workshop facilitation, Agile oversight and project management. This role is aimed at an experienced Salesforce Product Manager.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As a Salesforce Product Manager (M/F), you operate across both strategic and operational dimensions.

  • Facilitate business and functional workshops
  • Gather, analyse and formalise requirements into a backlog for integration teams
  • Ensure change management with users
  • Provide advisory and expertise to stakeholders
  • Oversee testing phases, lead data migration and participate in go-live activities
  • Ensure the application of Agile methodologies (Scrum)
  • Manage priorities, planning and project organisation
  • Ensure project leadership (monitoring, coordination, reporting)
  • Confirmed experience in managing complex, multi-task projects.
  • Excellent mastery of the Salesforce ecosystem (minimum 2 clouds).
  • Strong team management and leadership skills.
  • Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) appreciated.
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Very good knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Natural leadership and ability to unite.
  • Clear communication, adapted to different stakeholders.
