SALARY: 25 000 – 28 000 PLN gross/monthly

ROLE OVERVIEW 

We are looking for exceptional, energetic and passionate Senior Product Manager who will help us to lead the expansion of Tutoring products, a new vertical at Brainly dedicated to supporting students with their academic needs.

This is a highly visible and impactful role. You will be responsible for understanding the global tutoring competitive landscape, developing product strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is a product leader who has an established background in developing B2C and user-based customer products, well-defined product management processes, and has a proven track record in scaling up products.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead, define, represent and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch of the product across all platforms and scale up to all markets
• Work with content strategy, business, and marketing leadership to identify opportunities and develop the long-term Tutor strategy 
• Roadmap, balancing long-term investments against near-term KPIs and targets
• Develop an excellent product sense that ensures our products remain Student First.
• Lead quarterly product planning and assign goals and deliverables
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and metrics
• Drive innovative ideas, solutions, and products through leadership and decisive action
• Build high performing product organization by growing and creating teams and processes to deliver products that delight students 

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE

• 5+ years of experience in product management, including:
  • Experience in working with medium to large-sized teams to deliver the primary objectives of the business
  • Experience in building relationships within the organization to fully understand the stakeholder needs and how to make them understand capabilities created by the team
  • Proven experience in developing metrics to assess the success of products and features and determining necessary enhancements
• Focus on incremental delivery business results; ability to translate complex requirements into an actionable backlog
• Focus on user experience and key success metrics
• Ability to work in fast-changing environment
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously; outstanding negotiation skills
• Superior analytical skills - balance both quantitative and qualitative data with experience and intuition to craft and present insights
• Crisp and effective verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level)
• Strong understanding and experience in an Agile approach to product delivery
• Project management skills and expertise in Agile/Scrum processes and Jira Software
• Leadership skills required to define and manage a set of goals involving diverse contributors
