About the Role
The Product Manager is a customer-centric person joining our Product team in our London office. Reporting to the Product Director, you will work closely with the Customer team to define and validate requirements and with the Development team to prioritise the development schedule to meet agreed targets. You will also be responsible for driving and measuring the successful adoption of new product features and functionality across the customer base. There is scope for flexible / hybrid working within the role.

Responsibilities
The Product Manager will be responsible for three main outcomes:
Define and execute the delivery strategy for assigned areas of the Wazoku platform
- Working with the Product Director to determine customer needs and desires to define a the product roadmap for assigned areas of the platform
- Working with the UX and Data Science teams to build and enhance product features, ensuring a positive user experience and enabling customers to make data driven decisions
- As needed, make build v. buy v. partner recommendations to achieve product objectives
- Work with the development and QA teams to ensure functional and technical requirements are understood and delivered in the most efficient manner
- Working as part of sprint team/pod to deliver features - driving iterative product development, providing feedback to the team and evaluating priorities to get maximum value from product features and functionality
- Working with relevant internal business functions (Customer Success, Customer Experience) to deliver operational changes.
- Managing the launch process of new features and functionality in partnership with the Marketing, Sales and Client teams.
Execute on and deliver the product roadmap
- Work with the development and QA team to ensure functional and technical requirements are understood and delivered in the most efficient manner

- Working with relevant internal business functions (Customer Success, Customer Experience) to deliver operational changes.
- Managing the launch process of new features and functionality in partnership with the Marketing, Sales and Client teams.
Drive product and use case adoption
- Work with the Customer Success and Customer Experience teams, to develop and execute product plans to educate customers about the value of new features/functionality and drive adoption
- Work with the Marketing team to generate key product marketing content to demonstrate the benefit and value of assigned areas of the platform
- Use the customer community, Connect, to drive better identification of customer needs, drive adoption of features/functionality and elicit feedback of new features/functionality

**Salary range £45,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience**
