Product Marketing Manager

TLDR

Shape market strategy and GTM for ecosystem partnerships in a fast-paced AI-enabled SaaS environment, driving cross-functional launches and competitive intelligence.

Your Mission

We are looking for a strategic and insight-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team at Linnworks. Reporting directly to the Director of Product and Partner Marketing, this role will play a critical part in shaping how we understand our market, position our products, and enable our teams to win.

As Product Marketing Manager, you will be the voice of the market inside the business and the voice of the product in the market. You will lead market intelligence and competitor intelligence initiatives, partner closely with Product Managers on go-to-market (GTM) execution, and ensure Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing are fully enabled around new releases and product updates.

You will also play a key role in defining and bringing to market our ecosystem value, working closely with partners on joint positioning, co-marketing campaigns, and integrated GTM strategies.

The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and commercially minded. You are equally comfortable conducting competitive analysis, partnering on GTM strategy, and building enablement programs. You must have a strong aptitude for AI tools and experience leveraging AI to scale your impact.

Key Responsibilities

Ecosystem & Partner Marketing
  • Define and evolve Linnworks’ ecosystem positioning, clearly articulating the value of integrations and partner network

  • Partner with the Partnerships team to develop joint value propositions with key technology and channel partners

  • Support and execute co-marketing initiatives, including campaigns, content, and joint GTM activities

  • Enable internal teams to effectively position ecosystem value in customer and prospect conversations

  • Own the partner ecosystem component of our website, working alongside Partners and our internal Partnerships team to refine offerings and messaging

Go-to-Market & Product Launches

  • Partner closely with Product Managers to define and execute GTM strategies for new features, enhancements, and strategic initiatives

  • Lead cross-functional GTM planning across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships

  • Develop launch plans including positioning, messaging, enablement, and campaign alignment

  • Proactively enable internal teams on recent releases to ensure consistent messaging and confident customer conversations

Market Intelligence & Competitive Insights

  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of the ecommerce market, including customer segments, buyer personas, industry trends, and emerging opportunities

  • Translate market insights into actionable recommendations that inform product strategy, positioning, and GTM

  • Own the competitor intelligence program, including competitive battlecards, objection-handling frameworks, and win/loss analysis

  • Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with tools and training to effectively articulate value and win against competitors

Messaging & Content Creation

  • Write customer and prospect-facing content and sales collateral that clearly communicate prospect and customer value

  • Manage product release GTM content and communication, including release notes, announcements, and in-product messaging

  • Develop enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and competitive positioning guides

What You'll Bring To The Role

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing

  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies and sales cycles

  • Proven experience partnering with Product teams on launches and release communications

  • Demonstrated success building competitive intelligence and enablement programs

  • Experience working with partners or ecosystem-led products is a strong plus

  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a variety of audiences

  • A strong “people person” who is confident, outgoing, comfortable presenting to groups, working cross-functionally and collaborating with external partners

  • AI-first mindset with experience leveraging AI tools to scale impact

Preferred

  • Experience in ecommerce, marketplace integrations or supply chain

  • Familiarity with win/loss analysis frameworks and buyer journey mapping

  • Experience working in global teams across US, UK, and EU markets
