Product Marketing Manager, Voice Assistants

The Role:
The Product Marketing Lead for Voice Assistants will join PolyAI’s rapidly growing marketing team. This role will grow to own PolyAI’s core product messaging and competitive intelligence functions. In the first few months, the person filling this position will take stock of PolyAI’s product messaging and that of our key competitors. Once fully onboarded, the Product Marketing Lead for Voice Assistants will own all product messaging and be responsible for ensuring all PolyAI team members can clearly articulate our products' unique value.
What you'll do:
- Develop messaging that drives accessible markets to want PolyAI’s world-leading voice AI products
- Understand PolyAI’s direct and indirect competitors and ensure that our messaging is differentiated
- Work with marketing leadership to prioritize market segments and develop persona for the content and demand generation marketing team members
- Work with the content and sales enablement team members to develop sales collateral
- Interview customers, partners, and experts to understand customer needs
- Maintain an organized and accessible database of competitive intelligence for sales, marketing, and executive leadership
- Collaborate with content team leads on strategy and regularly contribute to the content effort
- Be a capable spokesperson for the organization, both online and in-person
Requirements
We'd love it if you come with:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing
- 3+ years of experience in a product marketing role
We'd love it if you also have:
- Knowledge of CCaaS, UCaaS, or Call Center technology markets
- Knowledge of NLP, NLU, or other machine-learning technology
