We're looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join our Micromobility Product team and help us scale how we ship, communicate, and learn from our users. <title>About the role</title>

<text>

As a Product Operations Specialist in the Micromobility team, you’ll be the operational backbone that connects Product to the cities where our vehicles actually run. You’ll own the end-to-end rollout of new features — from pre-launch readiness and market-by-market configuration to driving adoption, educating local teams, and reviewing post-launch performance to flag issues early and turn it into actionable feedback.

Over time, your scope can expand into supporting the other domains within the Micromobility Product Team - Expansion & Compliance and Growth.

You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Analysts, City Ops teams across Europe and beyond.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

<bulletpoints>

  • <point>Lead rollouts. Plan sequencing across cities and align with City Ops, Product, and Legal on launch readiness.</point>
  • <point>Configure for markets. Translate product capabilities into market-specific setups (caps, zones, thresholds) that fit local operational and regulatory realities.</point>
  • <point>Drive adoption. Run training, build playbooks and FAQs, follow up on uptake, and unblock laggards.</point>
  • <point>Review performance. Align on success metrics upfront with Product Managers and Analysts, run post-launch reviews, and flag underperformance early. Feed qualitative driver and city ops feedback back to Product.</point>
  • <point>Close the loop. Own bug escalation and the feature request channel from city teams to product squads.</point>

<gh-requirements>

<title>About you:</title>

<bulletpoints>

  • <point>You're strongly analytical: comfortable pulling and interpreting metrics on utilisation, adoption, and feature performance independently, without needing an analyst for every cut.</point>
  • <point>You put users first: instinctively asking "does this actually solve the city ops team's problem?" before "is the feature shipped?"</point>
  • <point>You communicate with clarity: able to distill complex product updates into crisp summaries that executives, city teams, and tender teams can all act on.</point>
  • <point>You think in systems: spotting inefficiencies, designing better workflows, and documenting them in ways that stick across 150+ cities.</point>
  • <point>You take tooling seriously: picking up project management and documentation tools quickly, with a natural eye for good hygiene and structure.</point>
  • <point>You thrive cross-functionally: building trust with PMs, analysts, city teams, and senior stakeholders alike.</point>

</bulletpoints>

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
