Product Operations - Vice President
TLDR
Owns and evolves product operating processes and governance across the Annuities Platform, aligning Product and Engineering teams to optimize delivery metrics and cross-team collaboration.
About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire a Director of Product Operations to join the Annuities Platform team. This individual is responsible for operational excellence across the Product organization. This role partners closely with Product and Engineering leadership teams to ensure teams are aligned, empowered, and operating efficiently throughout the Product Development Lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve product operating processes, governance, and best practices.
- Partner with Product leaders to support roadmap planning, dependency management, and prioritization.
- Establish and maintain product delivery metrics, reporting, and executive readouts.
- Optimize cross-team coordination and communication.
- Manage and mentor Product Operations team members.
- Ensure consistent adoption of product tools and workflows.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in product operations, program management, or related roles
- Strong working knowledge of Agile product delivery frameworks
- Experience supporting multiple product teams in parallel
- Able to influence without direct authority
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
