Role

As a Product Owner, you will be working with our Product Managers, as well as several internal and 3rd party cross-functional stakeholders, to manage integrations, expanding the capabilities and service offerings for our CrossCore product. You will be primarily writing requirements, participating in the Agile development ceremonies, leading backlog refinement sessions, and helping scrum teams with timely priority decisions and planning out roadmaps..

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Be the Product Owner of one or more scrum teams, working with a Product Manager to understand the business problem, voice of customer and identify the capabilities to add to the product
  • Own the backlogs and define sprint goals and manage scope and deliverables of a release
  • Define acceptance criteria and drive iteration goals via prioritized stories
  • Lead design deep-dives sessions and coordinate with internal and 3rd party cross-functional stakeholders on gathering integration and operational requirements
  • Lead preparation of backlog for Personal Information planning sessions and plan roadmaps
  • Accept user stories at the end of sprint and facilitate internal stakeholder communication about project status and releases
  • Product Ownership experience
  • Strong technical aptitude, with knowledge of multiple types of data access/technologies including RESTful APIs and platform services
  • Experience with 3rd party integrations is essential.
  • Demonstrate good understanding of data transformation and augmentation, familiarity with data mappings and flow diagrams.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is preferred or demonstrated knowledge of Agile or Kanban methodologies
