A day in the life of a Product Owner at SendCloud

It is important that you gain full understanding of our business and users to make well-informed decisions about our product. You will do this by performing various forms of user research, talk frequently with our sales and support, and gather statistics.

You will help us build and maintain our long-term product roadmap and short-term backlogs. Important part of your job is to transform long-term product ideas into user stories. You will prioritise these user stories together with our developers. We truly believe that we’re stronger building a product together, you listen carefully to everybody’s ideas and wishes and signal and address blocking issues.

Communication is vital, you know how to express yourself, are a good listener and know how to inspire people within the company. We have two remote offices, which you will always keep in the loop.

Requirements

The perfect match

• At least 3 years related experience
• You know what is needed to build a successful online product
• It’s a bonus if you are a Certified Scrum Product Owner
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• You are an excellent communicator and team player
• You excel in finding a balance between team requirements and customer requirements
• You are proactive, open-minded and up for a challenge.
