Starting Salary: $49,352.06 - $54,287.27 (Salary commensurate with experience)
Position Description:
We’re looking for a Product Owner who is passionate about delivering value to customers and driving innovation. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Product Manager to influence and execute product vision, prioritize requests, and ensure clear requirements for development. What you will own:
- Advocate for customer needs and share the user perspective with development teams.
- Manage and validate product requests, using insights from customers and data to solve problems.
- Prioritize projects on the product backlog and articulate their business value.
- Strategically plan and execute the development and release of new features.
- Lead a team without direct managerial authority and collaborate across departments.
Requirements:
- A two- or four-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, creative, and persuasive writing abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships.
