Product Specialist/Manager

We’re looking for passionate, analytically strong Product Specialists and Managers who want to take ownership of designing, developing, and improving mobile games played by millions. This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape product strategy, translate player insights into better experiences, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. We rely heavily on data, statistical thinking, and a deep understanding of game systems to guide our decisions. As we continue to challenge the Match-3 genre with our own approach, you’ll play a key role in creating engaging mechanics, improving user experience, and helping us build the next global success story in mobile gaming. Responsibilities: Help to set the strategic direction for the games Test ongoing tasks and ensure that everything is on schedule Analyze the user data to make meaningful conclusions to developing the game and improve the user experience Work closely with development and design teams to execute the product roadmap Structure & run A/B tests and drive insights on game features Stay up-to-date with the mobile market, play and analyze mobile games, and share new insights with the team   Requirements: University degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics Product management experience in the game industry  A good sense of gameplay experience and exceptional attention to details Strong problem-solving and analytical skills A team player who can easily manage a business with cross-functional teams
