Lead the Product Operating System and drive high-priority transformation programs while improving strategic decision-making for underserved communities in Indonesia.

About Amartha

Amartha is building the financial infrastructure for underserved communities across Indonesia. Since 2010, we have enabled more than 2.7 million micro-entrepreneurs - primarily women - to access capital, grow their businesses, and improve their families' economic well-being. Today, we are expanding our platform across lending, payments, funding and other digital financial services with a vision of becoming the primary financial partner for Indonesia's grassroots economy.

Joining Amartha means working on some of Indonesia's most meaningful and complex challenges at the intersection of fintech, technology, operations and social impact - while helping shape the future of financial access for underserved communities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build and run the Product Operating System: lead cross-functional planning, improve visibility into priorities, drive follow-through and identify friction before it becomes operational drag
  • Partner with the CPO on strategy and decision-making: structure ambiguous problems, evaluate opportunities, develop executive narratives and support key decisions
  • Lead strategic initiatives: drive high-priority transformation programs, including AI-native product capability and organizational effectiveness initiatives
  • Enable Product leadership to operate at scale by reducing coordination burden: own OKR governance, quarterly business reviews, product All Hands and leadership updates

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of operator experience in consulting, product, business operations or chief of staff roles
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership teams
  • Fintech or startup experience preferred

This role is likely a strong fit if you:

  • Enjoy solving complex organizational and strategic problems
  • Can move comfortably between strategy, operations, product and execution
  • Influence stakeholders without formal authority
  • Are energized by ambiguity and scaling challenges

At Amartha, we are dedicated to creating a workplace that celebrates diversity, ensures equity, and fosters inclusion. We believe that diverse perspectives - shaped by factors such as gender, age, race, ethnicity, education, culture, and life experiences - drive innovation and growth.

We actively welcome individuals from all backgrounds to join us in building an environment where everyone feels respected, valued, and empowered. Our commitment is to provide equal opportunities and foster a sense of belonging that enables our employees to thrive and make meaningful contributions.
