Position Description

We’re seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer based in the APAC region with demonstrated skills collaborating within a cross-functional team, to deep dive into a problem space and deliver best practice user outcomes. You will join a rapidly growing, collaborative team in an exciting and fast paced environment working to create great outcomes for users of the ROLLER platform.

You will be highly skilled in visual design, concept generation and have a strong interest in information architecture. You are able to work well as part of a team and also independently to understand user challenges, conduct research, develop solutions and communicate them into outputs such as user flows, journey maps, wireframes and prototypes.

What you will do

• Collaborate with fellow designers, product managers, product marketers, engineers, data analysts, and client facing teams to design, launch, and iterate on products
• Organise frequent user research and testing with customers
• Create sophisticated, visual designs with supporting component libraries for both new and existing products
• Effectively present work with articulate design decisions to stakeholders to ensure teams are aligned
• Advocate for a quality and consistent end-to-end user experience

What we are looking for

• +3 years of Product Design and product oriented UX roles
• A Bachelor’s degree in a design related field
• You enjoy working collaboratively to solve complex problems, test new approaches and challenge the status quo.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of design systems, visual design principles and user experience
• Experience conducting/organising frequent user research and testing it with customers
• You are highly adaptable and will be able to deliver high quality work in an iterative and constantly changing environment
• A curious mind with a strong desire to provide both the internal team and customers a frictionless and positive experience
