Production Assistant - Special Projects

Responsibilities:

• Support Special Projects Team 
• Send files marked for revisions back to artist notes or model review
• Communicate with Production Manager, Associate Producers, Producers
• Communicate with staff and freelance animation artists
• File management, moving files, and server organization
• SAG Paperwork and Voice Recording Work

Daily Duties:

• SAG Paperwork and Voice Recording Work
• Aid with the SAG paperwork and collection of supporting documentation
• Prepare record paperwork to send to studios, prior to record sessions


• Tracker Up-To-Date
• Assisting in the daily task of making sure all trackers (Dev/SP Tracker, Record Tracker, and each individual show tracker) are up to date with the most current information and assisting keeping schedules on track


• Extra Note Taker / Circle Taker
• PA/PC could cover taking notes in meetings, or taking notes in records when there are double booked events


• Artist Scouting
• Help with tracking freelance artist’s availability and work while recruiting and assist with sourcing new candidates


• Bento Series Overflow
• Help out with the Bento Series requests allowing team to remain focused on the SP tasks at hand


• Overflow
• Assist with script conformation, animatic breakdowns, building design packs


• WEBSITE WORK
• Creating and maintaining basic websites on platforms like Wix and similar sites


• LONG-TERM PROJECTS:
• BOX Archive
• Ongoing task of pulling production files from BOX, and uploading them to the server


• Slack Archive & Server Up-To-Date
• Ongoing task of pulling images, decks, and PSDs from Slack, and uploading them to the server

Qualifications:

• Experience using Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, Photoshop
• Familiarity with website building platforms (such as Wix, Squarespace, Wordpress, etc.) and ability to run/maintain sites efficiently
• Ability to take quick and clear notes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in animation production preferred
• Must be willing to work remotely
