Production Associate
Thistle is a fast-growing, food-tech startup delivering fully-prepared, fresh, healthy food to thousands of customers across the West Coast. Our goal is to make eating nutritious, plant-forward meals easy and accessible for everyone in order to improve health and the health of our planet.
We are looking for professional, talented, and driven people to join our production team to assist with(1)plating our ready-to-eat meals and(2) packing our products into customer bags or boxes for delivery. This position is ideal for someone looking to work hard in a fast-paced environment and bring a positive, open attitude to the job and team!

What You'll Do
- Work collaboratively with the team to properly execute menu vision; ensuring consistency and compliance with Thistle's recipes, portioning, and waste control guidelines
- Maintain a flawlessly clean working environment, follow Thistle GMP and safety standards
- Follow instructions from leads and supervisors
- Appropriately store and manage all food product to ensure safety, quality and freshness
- Requires prolonged sitting or standing, physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull or push heavy objects.
- Requires stooping, kneeling, bending or reaching
- This role works in a refrigerated environment
What You'll Bring
- You bring your A-game every day and encourage your team to do the same
- You have a California or equivalent Food Handlers Certification
- You can work a flexible schedule including weekend or early morning shifts
- You are punctual and has attention to detail
- Must be 18 and older to apply and authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to communicate and take direction and guidance in English for job-related necessities.
