Production Manager
TLDR
Lead lean manufacturing initiatives to improve safety, quality, cost, and productivity across robotic production.
The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and continuously improving all manufacturing operations to ensure the efficient, cost effective, and high quality production of the company's robotic systems.
The role ensures that production activities are aligned with business objectives, delivery commitments, quality standards, and financial targets while maintaining a safe and collaborative working environment. The Production Manager acts as the operational bridge between Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Logistics to guarantee industrial excellence from product release to customer delivery.
Primary duties
- Ensure manufacturing targets are achieved in terms of safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity.
- Coordinate daily production activities and allocate resources according to operational priorities.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and material traceability in collaboration with the operations department
- Coordinate the movement of materials between the warehouse and production.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions with engineering collaboration.
- Provide continuous feedback to Engineering regarding manufacturability, assembly challenges, product quality, and process improvements.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives throughout the production area.
- Encourage a culture of problem-solving and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing manufacturing or production operations.
- Experience in robotics, industrial automation, electronics, or complex electromechanical products is highly desirable.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary production teams.
- Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Valid work permit to work in Spain.

- Salary range: €32,000 – €38,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Exceptional candidates with relevant experience may be considered above this range.
