About the role 

As our Production Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring Levno’s products are built to the highest standards as we continue our exciting growth journey.

This hands-on role is focused on carrying out production activities safely, accurately, and efficiently, while supporting quality, delivery, and continuous improvement outcomes. You’ll work as part of a collaborative production team, following established processes, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and helping ensure products are assembled, tested, and prepared in line with Levno’s quality and safety expectations.

Success in this role comes from strong attention to detail, a practical and proactive approach, and pride in producing high-quality work. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, following production procedures, identifying issues early, and contributing ideas that help improve how we work.

A typical day could look like:

• Assembling, testing, and preparing Levno products to quality and safety standards.
• Following production processes, work instructions, and quality checks.
• Identifying and escalating material, equipment, or quality issues.
• Maintaining accurate production records and a clean, safe work area.
• Working with the wider team to support smooth production flow and continuous improvement.

• Experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, operations, or another hands-on environment.
