About the 500 Global Flagship Accelerator Program
The accelerator that started it all - The SF Accelerator program is a four month long program geared towards helping founders become seasoned leaders and helping their companies to scale. The objective is to develop the founders’ leadership and management skills as well as to help them achieve ambitious growth goals.
During the program, we work closely with each founding team to define key metrics, to develop and install a growth engine, and to help craft a fundraising strategy to reach financing goals in an accelerated manner.
The program is both virtual and in-person, and applications are on a rolling basis.
What We Need:
We are looking for a Program Manager to execute all operations of the accelerator, taking a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the programs’ success.
The Program Manager is directly responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the accelerator. This will include spending time with founders to understand and resolve challenges they face. This will allow you to have deep insight into ways to drive improvements in the overall program. You will also be driving the program design, marketing events, community building, curriculum planning, mentor scheduling, administrative duties as well as creating a great experience for all participating startups. The Program Manager is the first point of contact for in-program startups, as well as the liaison between different teams within 500.
This is a position based in the U.S., preferably near San Francisco or the Bay Area.
We are looking for a candidate to start in September 2022.
