Project Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Analyst to support the delivery of product development projects and business initiatives across media player devices, SaaS offerings, and bespoke customer projects.

The role will help coordinate project activities, track progress, maintain documentation, and ensure clear communication between internal teams, external vendors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery of product development projects and related initiatives.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, deliverables, and milestones.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, meeting notes, action logs, risk registers, and decision records.
• Coordinate meetings, follow up on actions, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Support communication with vendors and partners, and between internal departments including product management, engineering, QA, operations, customer support, and sales.
• Assist with resource tracking, timeline updates, and delivery milestone reporting.
• Escalate risks, blockers, and issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, project analysis, PMO, or project delivery roles within a technology or product development environment.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, including Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project records.
• Ability to work with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in technology, SaaS, media, telecoms, software, or device-related environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery methods.
• Experience working with external vendors, partners, or customers.
