Project Management Consultant

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting end-to-end project delivery across software implementation and advisory engagements.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Oversee software implementation projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong stakeholder relationships.
• Identify, assess, and escalate project risks while proactively proposing mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Analyze project performance data to improve delivery efficiency and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment across all phases of project execution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by refining processes, tools, and project delivery standards.

Requirements:

This role requires strong project management expertise, adaptability, and the ability to operate confidently in complex and ambiguous client environments.

• 2–5 years of experience in technical project management, software implementation, or consulting roles.
• Strong ability to manage projects in complex, ambiguous, and fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively propose solutions rather than issues.
• Experience working with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Notion.
• High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and ability to work across different team styles.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Consulting, construction, real estate, or enterprise technology experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as Procore, e-Builder, Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft 365 is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of accountability and attention to detail.
