Project Manager – Canada (remote role)

(This is a 100% remote position - the full flexibility to work from home!)

Reporting to the Associate Director, Project Management, the role of Project Manager (Canada - remote role) will work with multiple cross-functional areas to manage deliverables required to implement and maintain Teladoc Health Canada’s line of business. In this role, you will work with a wide variety of teams across the company to help implement far-reaching projects and facilitate change, ensuring products, services and partnerships are delivered on-time, within budget and meet quality expectations. You will lead initiatives from start to finish, identifying success metrics and providing status updates to senior leadership. 

As you execute on your objectives, you will take a deep dive into all facets of our business, learning from diverse teams across the company. Responsibilities

  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional Teladoc teams to execute on projects that facilitate innovation, productivity, delivery and scale
  • Manage key project risks and issues, including appropriate escalation to leadership as needed
  • Ensure consistency, efficiency, quality, and integrity in all Teladoc projects and output
  • Work collaboratively with the appropriate business and/or IT leads to track implementation (including UAT, Deployment, sign-off of documentation, etc.) of requirements
  • Develop and own project plans, timelines, risk assessments, communications and cost-benefit analyses for new projects
  • Identify and track project metrics to determine levels of project effectiveness

Candidate Profile

  • Strong analytical skills with over 3-6 years of project management experience
  • Previous success in leading projects in complex business process environments
  • PMP or other project management certification is an asset
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively and see projects through from inception to completion
  • Experience in Canadian Healthcare implementations would be a strong plus
  • Experience working collaboratively with both business users and technical teams
  • Expertise in relevant business software (Excel, PPT, Word, Visio) is required
  • Experience in Telehealth would be a bonus, but open to any industry
