You will work on
- Owning roadmap execution for current and future projects and products at Helsing
- Driving software teams to excellence in challenging environments
- Tactical resource planning and budgeting
- Cross-team planning, progress tracking, reporting, and risk management
- Contributing to, and continuously refining a world-class agile software delivery process
- Managing internal and external cross-functional communication
We are looking for
- Agile leader passionate about robust software delivery
- Experience working with world-class software teams
- Experience defining and building development processes from the ground up
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies
- Ability to drive forward timelines, whilst tracking and accelerating progress
- Strong communication skills with proven experience working in cross-functional engineering teams
- Immaculate German and English language skills
- Meets requirements for German security clearance
