Project Manager
TLDR
Responsible for advanced software development planning and project implementation while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for advanced software development planning, coordinating, estimating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Work Location
- Kathmandu, Nepal
- Office Time: 9 am to 6 pm (NPT)
- Work Mode: Office Premise (Remote now due to COVID)
- Compensation: Base 110,000 + Benefits (Great pay comes with great skills)
Responsibilities
- Manage Project(s) - Estimate, Plan, Risk Assessment, Capacity Planning, Prepare documentations
- Prepare delivery timeline (Gantt, Timelines, Process Flow, Pipeline schedules)
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders, senior management on progress
- Coach and support project team members
- Execute Sprints and run Scrum meetings (Scrum planning, review, and retrospectives)
- Facilitate other project-related meetings
- Run multiple projects, simultaneous sprints
- Run and maintain project board (Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.)
Skills
- Software Development lifecycle

- Scrum certifications preferred
- Project Planning
- PM Tools (Azure DevOps, Confluence, Trello, etc.)
- SCM Tools (Git, VSTS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Fluent in English

- Master's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Strong team leading, demonstrated leadership skills
