Role Description 

This is a temporary, on-site role for a post-acquisition Project Manager. The post-acquisition Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful completion of deliverables within scope, timeline, and budget. Key responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with project standards and goals. The post-acquisition Project Manager will communicate and report progress to internal and external stakeholders while identifying opportunities for process improvement in alignment with organizational objectives. 

Requirements

Qualifications 

  • Project Management expertise, including planning, scheduling, and risk management 

  • Post-acquisition and M&A experience 

  • Proficiency in stakeholder management, team collaboration, and communication 

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively 

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) 

  • Knowledge of the energy sector or similar industries is an advantage 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field 

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a hard requirement
