Project Manager – SAP CPQ

TLDR

Delivery leadership for SAP CPQ implementations in large enterprise programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and governance across globally distributed environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end SAP CPQ and enterprise IT project delivery from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, internal IT teams, business users, and external vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and ensure adherence to delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and scope changes while ensuring proper escalation and resolution.
  • Facilitate governance forums, status meetings, steering committees, and executive reporting.
  • Track project performance using KPIs and ensure milestone delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Manage change requests, documentation, and project controls throughout the lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, governance, and execution standards.
  • Requirements:

    • 10–18 years of experience in IT project management with a strong track record of delivering large-scale enterprise programs.
    • Proven expertise in SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
    • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes and SAP ecosystem integrations.
    • Experience managing Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models in complex environments.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.
    • Strong risk management, issue resolution, and escalation handling capabilities.
    • Experience working with globally distributed teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive accountability.
    • Proficiency in project planning tools, governance frameworks, and delivery tracking methodologies.
    • Ability to present complex project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
