Project Manager, Statutory Review and Readiness

- Lead end-to-end statutory readiness initiatives, ensuring regulatory changes are translated into structured execution plans that prevent customer impact and support compliance readiness.
- Facilitate recurring cross-functional forums to assess jurisdictional changes, align stakeholders, and drive clear action plans across teams.
- Manage governance artifacts including agendas, documentation, risk logs, action tracking, and executive reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalation points across Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
- Coordinate incident response efforts for compliance-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement of processes.
- Establish and maintain scalable operating frameworks for statutory readiness, including intake, tracking, reporting, and governance mechanisms.
- Apply AI tools to enhance regulatory analysis, streamline documentation, improve readiness tracking, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in program or project management in complex, cross-functional environments.
- 3+ years of experience working with regulatory, compliance, or operational risk programs.
- Proven ability to translate complex regulatory or technical information into actionable execution plans across diverse teams.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management across technical and business functions such as Compliance, Engineering, Product, and Operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risk, dependencies, and execution timelines in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
- Experience using AI tools or automation to improve workflows, analysis, or operational efficiency is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and execution rigor.
