Come work for us as a Proposal manager

We are looking for a Proposal manager to join our Commercial team. The Proposal manager will be responsible for proposal generation and other aspects of sales process and customer management. The Proposal manager will work closely with the Customer, and other members of the Commercial team, Operations, technical experts and Project managers to generate comprehensive proposals which meet our customers’ expectations.

Proposal manager is analysing and interpreting customers’ requirements, developing a strategy for executing the required work program and designing and writing proposals within an agreed timeframe. Tasks includes also managing the main bid templates, change orders and documents, supporting the development and creation of clinical, scientific and commercial documents, and participating in Customer meetings.

To succeed in this position

For succeeding in this position, you will likely have

• Science degree or equivalent qualification, as well as previous experience in customer-facing roles or a clear understanding on working on projects within a biopharmaceutical company.

• The right mindset on combining science and sales.

• Ability to lead technical and high-level discussions with cross-functional team. Ability to work as part of a team.

• Strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication skills.

• Fluent English language skills, you can work smoothly both in writing and orally.

The position is full-time and permanent. The work is carried out in Turku, where our site is located. Once you have settled into the role, you will also have the opportunity for partial remote work.
