How you will spend your time as our next Qlik Platform Admin

Qlik is searching for a Platform Administrator with knowledge of Qlik Platform Administration, Windows along with strong communication skills and consulting services experience

 

As a Qlik Platform Admin, you will be an important part of our Customer’s continued success and Qlik’s too! The role involves great responsibility and opportunity to develop your inter-personal skills and learn our market leading products and how they work in a complex and powerful environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage day to day operations of Qlik Platforms.
  • Deliver customer service within specified service levels and typically around more complex problems including diagnosis and resolution of issues within a Qlik Platform.
  • Perform periodic maintenance and upgrades of Qlik Software components.
  • Collaborating with the Qlik global support team to solve customer technical issues
  • Resolving customers technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of ITSM Tools and processes.
  • Actively contributing with creating technical articles, using and maintaining QLIK knowledge base

 You will be successful if you have

  • A bachelor’s degree (mandatory), or a master’s equivalent (preferable)
  • English at a fluent level
  • Flexibility of work schedule based on our Global Customers.
  • 2-5 Years managing QlikSense/QlikView Environments
  • Understanding of Windows Server architecture –W2012, W2016 and IIS
  • Familiar with one or more server-side scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Python, Bash)
  • Understanding of application layer protocols, such as HTTP/S, TCP/IP, UDP and Web sockets.
  • Knowledge / experience with Qlik products
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a “can-do” attitude

 You will thrive if you have

  • Qlik Sense, QlikView experience
  • Minimum 1 years of experience managing internal and/or external clients in the delivery of large infrastructure solutions, including server, storage and network infrastructure planning.
  • Knowledge of Extract, Transformation and Load (ETL) tools.
