QMHP - CCBHC Assistant Project Evaluator
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The CCBHC Assistant Project Evaluator will collaborate with the CCBHC Project Evaluator, CCBHC Project Director, and Behavioral Health Director to coordinate collection of Collin County CCBHC Expansion Project measures. The CCBHC Assistant Project Evaluator will coordinate with the CCBHC Project Evaluation and CCBHC Project Director to facilitate focus groups for evaluation of services provided under the project. The CCBHC Assistant Project Evaluator will contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and will work with individuals receiving services and other workforce members to ensure proper survey and data collection. This position must demonstrate a positive attitude and professional ethics, appearance, and conduct. The CCBHC Assistant Project Evaluator will perform all other duties as assigned by the CBHC Project Director and CCBCH Project Evaluator.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, & EXPERIENCE
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field from a four-year university that meets the Texas Administrative Code requirements for a Qualified Mental Health Professional – Clinical Services (QMHP-CS).
- Must have at least one year of related experience and/or training in the Behavioral Health field.
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field preferred.
ESSENTIAL TASKS & STANDARDS
- Coordinate collection of Collin County CCBHC Expansion Project measures data and coordinate with the CCBHC Project Director and CCBHC Project Evaluator to facilitate focus groups for evaluation of services.
- Participate in appropriate Center, HHSC, SAMHSA, and other agency meetings, webinars, conference calls.
- Provide evaluation data and reports to CCBHC Project Director, CCBHC Project Evaluator, and other identified workforce members.
- Demonstrate effective problem solving skills.
- Teamwork: Acts as a responsible member of the team. Works cooperatively with individuals, families, stakeholders and workforce members to meet needs while following Center policies and procedures.
- Appropriate use of LifePath Systems equipment and materials.
- Understands and promotes Trauma-Informed Care practices.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Experience in data collection and analysis.
- Proficient in creating, managing, manipulating, and analyzing data using Excel spreadsheets, SPSS, or similar software.
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships with key workforce members.
- Have effective communication skills, attention to detail, and be computer proficient.
- Ability to write clearly, concisely, and professionally.
- Ability to work under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, & REGISTRATIONS
- Must have valid Texas Driver License and a good driving record.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to complete all LifePath Systems training.
- Must be able to provide at least 3 professional or educational references.
BENEFITS
Salary Range: $43,000 per year
Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (May require some early mornings, evenings, or weekends. May require some in-office work.)
