Range & Merchandising Working Student
TLDR
Assist in scaling add-ons and gift-set ranges, learning scale-up product development and on-site merchandising within a fast-growing direct-to-consumer gifting platform.
Monitoring range performance KPIs and flagging underperforming products / categories to category manager and merchandiser
Weekly sharing of range updates: what’s coming, what’s going, etc.
Support on collection reviews by analysing data and presenting back to range team
Support on new product developments and make sure all relevant stakeholders are informed and aligned
Keeping our Forecasting sheet up to date and checking that our SKUs are set up accordingly in our system.
Keeping the range plan (this is our overview of products we have live and plan to launch on the website) up to date - incl. imagery of our products and collection overviews - and in line across documents and systems
Sweep the websites for errors and out-of-stock issues, resolves issues where you can and raise with the appropriate stakeholders otherwise
Supporting on new SKUs set-up - incl. correct photography - and launch them onsite
Support scaling of add-ons (these are little gifts that you can add to your order) and productised (gift sets) ranges.
Are currently following or rounding up your bachelors / masters degree in a Business Administration / Business Management / Digital Marketing direction
