Our Dallas office, home to production facilities and more, is located in the newly constructed Cypress Waters campus in the center of the Dallas Fort Worth area.

About The Team:

We are looking for a Receptionist for our Dallas office. This role is responsible for fostering an environment here at Crunchyroll that is healthy, safe, and enjoyable for both employees and guests. This person must be tech-savvy, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. This person will be a culture champion here at Crunchyroll and would be responsible for bringing our brand and mission statement to life through the immersive workspace.

About You:

• Previous administrative support experience
• Friendly, personable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems quickly
• Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
• Highly detail-oriented
• Proficiency with Google Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, anticipate team needs and respond accordingly

A Day In The Life of Our Receptionist:

• Manages the flow of lobby traffic, greets guests, and alerts employees when visitors arrive 
• Promotes office safety by adhering to visitor and guest policies 
• Maintains a tidy and orderly reception area and common areas, and alerts Workplace Experience team to any safety or cleanliness issues around the office 
• Answers incoming emails, phone calls and provides callers with information such as company address or directions to the office 
• Coordinates special events and staff lunches for the facility. 
• Receives and sorts incoming mail and packages and alerts staff members that their items have arrived 
• Opens/closes the office daily 
• Assists with inventory items such as office/breakroom supplies
• Assists Voice Actors as needed and directs them to the appropriate recording studio
