Receptionist

TLDR

Coordinate mail flow, inventory, and receptionist duties to support a busy Administrative Services and Facilities team.

Position Summary:

Responsible for supporting the Administrative Services and Facilities department by processing daily tasks that include basic types of mail, stock and facilities items, supplies and services for large or high-volume populated offices. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.

Responsibilities:

Receives, logs, sorts and delivers various types of mail to all departments and executives on a daily basis.
Receives, stores, distributes, rotates and removes all trash of common and stocked items.
Maintains inventory and submits weekly orders of supplies needing replenishment.
Administers FedEx users by adding, deleting and auditing all users as needed.
Reports and provides basic Facilities needs seen while performing mail and/or stock tasks or as requested.
Performs receptionist duties including greeting and directing visitors, notifying appropriate personnel of visitor arrival, and answering and transferring phone calls.
Provides related Admin or Facilities support for needs of building or department as assigned.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

High School Degree or equivalent preferred and a minimum of one (1) + years’ experience working in a similar field.
100% onsite in South Miami, FL required.
