As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and callers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting visitors and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Managing the visitor log and issuing/collecting visitor badges.
- Answering phone calls, checking voicemail, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Performing clerical duties such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and mail processing.
- Ordering, tracking, and managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring a smooth workflow for our team.
- Handling incoming deliveries and distributing them throughout the building.
- Supporting administrative projects, data audits, and client record-keeping as needed.
What You Bring to the Table
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for organization and customer service. Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Office 365 and SharePoint is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
- Familiarity with eHana software is a bonus but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months' experience in an organization performing front desk and/or administrative duties
