As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and callers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting visitors and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Managing the visitor log and issuing/collecting visitor badges.
  • Answering phone calls, checking voicemail, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team member.
  • Performing clerical duties such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and mail processing.
  • Ordering, tracking, and managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring a smooth workflow for our team.
  • Handling incoming deliveries and distributing them throughout the building.
  • Supporting administrative projects, data audits, and client record-keeping as needed.


What You Bring to the Table


We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for organization and customer service. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Office 365 and SharePoint is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • A commitment to confidentiality and respect for diversity.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with eHana software is a bonus but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months' experience in an organization performing front desk and/or administrative duties
