Recommendation Strategy Product Manager
TLDR
Drive growth through lifecycle and ad recommendation systems, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize incentive mechanisms for a leading blockchain ecosystem.
Analyze market & competitors and identify trends to optimize incentive mechanisms & campaigns; manage and leverage Marketing AI tools.
Build lifecycle recommendation & ad recommendation systems.
Design growth tools & incentive schemes; collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, QA, and global teams.
Bachelor’s degree or above; 3+ years in growth strategy / recommendation algorithm product management; payment or crypto industry experience a strong plus.
Solid understanding of recommendation algorithms; proven experience in lifecycle recommendation, tag-based ad targeting, and 1:1 personalization; technical/algorithmic background preferred.
Strong Marketing AI & incentive strategy experience.
Proficient in data analysis, able to translate insights into actionable plans; fluent English for cross-functional global collaboration.
Data-driven, results-oriented, proactive, and accountable for business goals; thrive in a fast-paced environment.
