Recruiting Coordinator (Hybrid)

Overview
The TSM People Operations team is seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to create efficient processes to support our rapid hiring needs. At TSM, we are committed to giving every candidate–no matter the outcome–a stellar experience. The Recruiting Coordinator is vital for ensuring that all of our applicants are receiving the best possible experience when meeting our team. This position will be working from our Playa Vista office at least two days a week.
Responsibilities
- Help track candidate progress from initial contact through offer
- Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
- Schedule interviews with TSM candidates and work closely with recruiters to design the candidate experience
- Collaborate with internal and external recruiters to ensure a seamless candidate and hiring team experience
- Build out administrative tools to ensure the recruiting process is seamless for current employees and candidates alike
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or HR coordinator
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with high volume scheduling
- Incredible organization skills; superb attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social platforms and Greenhouse
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in gaming or a passion for gaming and esports
