Recruiting Manager
TLDR
Owns full recruitment lifecycle for distribution center and office roles across international locations, shaping talent attraction strategies through cross-border collaboration.
About your tasks
- You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job advertisements and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews with qualified applicants and handling all related administrative tasks.
- Your main focus will be recruiting for roles typically found within a Distribution Center, ranging from Supply Chain Managers and Warehouse Team Leads to other office-based functions and operational warehouse employees. In addition, you will support recruitment for office-based positions across our international locations, particularly in Germany and the Netherlands.
- You will organize and lead applicant days, creating engaging opportunities to connect with potential talent in an interactive setting.
- Together with your manager (based in the Netherlands) and colleagues in the Pilsen team, you will develop and implement talent attraction strategies to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a consistent flow of qualified applications.
- You will work closely with hiring managers, providing effective stakeholder management and ensuring recruitment needs are met efficiently and successfully.
About you
- You have completed vocational training or hold a degree, ideally in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
- You bring at least 2–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally including both blue-collar and office-based hiring.
- Your strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to engage and attract candidates, present confidently to groups, and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- You are fluent in Czech and have a good command of English for business communication.
- You have an analytical mindset and are comfortable using data to evaluate recruitment strategies and measure their effectiveness.
