- Lead post-implementation customer success strategies for enterprise imaging clients, ensuring optimal adoption, utilization, and satisfaction across the Synapse product portfolio.
- Evaluate customer environments to identify optimization opportunities and develop structured action plans to improve clinical and operational performance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior clinical, IT, and operational stakeholders, building strong executive relationships and long-term strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with implementation, upgrade, and regional sales teams to resolve post-deployment challenges and ensure seamless platform performance.
- Drive customer expansion opportunities by supporting regional sales leadership and identifying additional product adoption pathways within existing accounts.
- Act as a key voice of the customer, gathering structured feedback and communicating insights to product management and engineering teams.
- Support product roadmap validation, pilot programs, and early-access initiatives in collaboration with internal product teams.
- Develop and cultivate customer reference accounts to support sales enablement, marketing initiatives, and broader market expansion.
- Participate in industry events, user groups, panels, and thought leadership activities to represent customer success outcomes and product value.
- Contribute to marketing content development by supporting clinical use cases, customer success stories, and technical materials.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, FDA requirements, ISO standards, and other applicable industry guidelines.
- Partner cross-functionally to support enterprise imaging strategy, workflow optimization, and customer transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiology, Cardiology, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of experience in radiology, cardiology, or enterprise imaging environments with progressive leadership responsibility.
- Strong expertise in radiology information systems (RIS), PACS, cardiovascular imaging systems, or related healthcare imaging technologies.
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows, imaging operations, and healthcare informatics system architecture.
- Proven ability to work directly with physicians, clinical users, IT teams, and senior healthcare executives.
- Strong executive presence with demonstrated experience presenting complex technical and clinical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and external partner groups.
- Experience driving customer success, adoption, optimization, or post-implementation support in enterprise healthcare software environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable technical or product requirements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product, implementation, and marketing teams in a matrixed organization.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently based on customer and business needs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority enterprise accounts simultaneously.
- Base salary of $140,000 with additional quarterly bonus opportunity.
