Regional Financial Controller (9 month contract)

We are looking for an experienced Regional Financial Controller to lead financial operations across the region, supporting both day-to-day performance and strategic decision-making.
You will act as a key business partner to senior leadership, providing financial insight, driving performance, and ensuring strong governance across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly close, reporting, and financial analysis
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to improve performance
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, IFRS/GAAP, and regulatory requirements
- Manage audits and act as key point of contact for external stakeholders
- Oversee regional reporting and ensure consistency across entities
- Support cashflow, working capital, and cost optimisation initiatives
- Lead and support finance teams across multiple locations
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong experience in financial control and multi-entity environments
- Background in international / cross-border settings
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- ERP experience (Dynamics preferred) + advanced Excel
