What You’ll Do
As an RBT, you’ll help children with autism build essential skills and confidence through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You’ll work closely with a BCBA who provides consistent guidance and mentorship while you deliver 1:1 therapy in the home or community setting. You’ll also track client progress, assist with behavior and skill assessments, and collaborate with a team that celebrates every milestone — big or small.
What We’re Looking For
Someone we can train the next 30 days to 60 days to be an RBT
An individual with experience supporting children, particularly those with special needs.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping kids grow
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
High school diploma or equivalent
