Relocation Specialist

Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for an experienced Relocation specialist, who will be a part of Serbia HR Team, which supports the newly established and very fast-growing organization in Belgrade. In this role you will be providing practical assistance to Wargaming employees (relocated or newly hired) with day-to-day living upon their arrival in their new host country. You will be their main point of contact, addressing their needs and concerns, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service standards.
The focus of the role is to ensure a seamless relocation experience whilst also being mindful of the cost to both the company and the new staff member.

What will you do?

• Be the point of contact for the relocated employees for any needs or requests they may have relating to their relocation and settling in Serbia
• Manage the relocation experience for the employees within the Wargaming guidelines and policy
• Update Go to Serbia Guide in collaboration with HR and Global Travel teams
• Assist in the management of the immigration process, documents flow orchestration in collaboration with other HR team members
• Ensure timely updates to lead managers on any issues that arise with the relocation
• Counsel and coordinate with temporary or permanent accommodation requests: orientate and advise on the current property market and pros and cons of various locations,  setting expectations, connecting with the Vendor agency
• Advise on household goods moving, opening a bank account, and local registration of vehicles
• Assist with finding suitable schooling/kindergarten for employees’ children and help with enrolment
• Accompany the relocated employees to meetings with local authorities (when needed)
• Assist with any ad hoc requests from employees as part of their settling in period

What we are looking for

• Willingness to support Wargaming employees who are relocating to Serbia
• Understanding of visa and immigration procedures in Serbia
• Background in relocation and/or travel processes and similar experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (experience within cross-cultural environment is a plus)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic and changing multicultural environment
• Fluent English and Serbian
• Working discipline, attentive to details
• Problem-solving skills
